As a Registered Pharmacy operating online, Inspire Pharmacy manages your medications automatically and delivers new or regular prescriptions direct to your door at no cost to you.

1. Switch to Inspire Pharmacy

Once you’ve switched to Inspire Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy, we’re ready to deliver your medication as soon as it’s needed.

2. GP check in

If you receive monthly medication, we check in with your GP to find out when you last ordered and deliver your new meds 5+ days before you’re due to run out.

3. Deliver 

If you receive a new prescription through your GP or our clinical consultation service, your medication is delivered to your door either the same day or next morning.

Delivery charges are dependant upon which delivery method is requested and will be calculated at the time of payment.

We can fulfil prescriptions for and deliver almost all controlled or restricted drugs. We will require a signature from the person receiving the medication, rather than a family member or someone similar.

No. We liaise directly with your GP and once we’re made your nominated pharmacy, we receive your prescriptions automatically from your healthcare provider. Every prescription is checked by our in-house pharmacy team before being delivered to your door.

As long as we’re given notice and appropriate consent, our delivery team can arrange to deliver your prescription to an alternative address, such as a workplace. We will still require a signature unless otherwise arranged.

If the recipient of the prescription is unable to easily answer the door or sign for their prescription, we can instruct our driver to make alternative arrangements. For example, if someone uses a key-safe, you can share the code with us and our driver can use it to gain access and deliver medications in a secure, pre-agreed location. All access-related data is kept on a secure server.
